He's a Licensed and Insured, Bonded Class A Contractor in VA, MHIC MD and DC. Javier is also a highly decorated Veteran who served as a US Army Airborne Ranger for 8 years. Three of those years were spent overseas. Javier specializes in Distressed Homeowners who need help with Divorce, Pre-Foreclosure, Tax Lien, Bankruptcy, Short-Sale, Inherited Properties, Credit Issues, Bank Statement Loans and much more. Javier is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in DC MD & VA with over $18 million is closed transactions. He over delivers when serving others and confidently helps a lot of homeowners nationwide.
